This is a great cycling route that suits all skill levels. It is perfect for a weekend ride or an after work ride during the summer months. It has a mix of everything, rollers, flats and steady climbs. The ride starts at North Maple Regional Park and goes up Keele Street. Just after passing the town of King City, the route takes a cut through a few neighbourhoods to Jane Street. Next, it goes up Jane Street to 16th Side Road and crosses over Highway 400 and back down Weston Road. As you enter back into Vaughan you will ride a collection of back country roads with very little traffic before heading back to North Maple Regional Park via Kirby Road. This route can be shortened from whichever way you go. If you decide to head north on Keele Street first, after you cross over to Jane Street, head back south instead of continuing north. If you choose to do the route in reverse, instead of heading north on Weston Road keep straight on King Vaughan Road until you are back at Keele Street.
