An out and back trail nestled between the neighbourhoods of Richmond Hill, the Saigeon Trail is perfect for a local weeknight ride, especially during the summer months. The path is mostly paved and is very popular among families. The terrain is diverse with a rolling landscape leading to several ponds. Along the path, there is a lot of dense vegetation and the opportunity to see various bird species including Red Cardinals and Blue Jays. If riders would like to extend their journey, they can also follow the Saigeon Extension Trail and the Oak Ridges Trail that will lead all the way over to Lake Wilcox.
