COVID-19 Policies - How We Are Serving You

We are currently at capacity for tune-ups. We will not be accepting bikes again until August 17th. 

If you wish to inquire about purchasing a new bicycle:  there is a North American bike shortage making stock VERY limited.  We hope to see new bikes arrive in the store in late July, early August.  At this time, because of the volume of emails and phone calls, we will not be responding back to emails inquiring about new bikes, unless we have them in stock.


It's our hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe during this difficult time. The well-being of our customers, staff, and the world at large is at the forefront of our hearts and minds. We know it's been challenging for everyone as the circumstances have effected every aspect of how we live our lives. We'd like to sincerely thank all those that have reached out to offer support and encouragement. 

We believe now more than ever that the bicycle is an indispensable tool to enrich our lives. Because of social distancing measures, we know many as you have turned to bikes as a safe alternative mode of transport. And with gyms, community centers, and schools closed, bike riding allows individuals and families to exercise and relieve stress. We have made changes to our business operations to keep our customers and staff safe. Here are the important things to know: 

  • Our retail space remains closed to walk-in traffic. Purchases as well as bike drop-offs / pick ups are conducted at our curbside service station
  • We are only accepting credit and debit payments, as well as e-transfers.
  • Our staff are routinely sanitizing high traffic areas, our work spaces, and tools.

Bike Repairs

Our service department is fully operating for tune-ups and service work.    

Purchases (Bikes, Parts, Accessories)

Our online store remains open, where you can purchase items that are currently in stock at our store. Choose 'Curb side pick up at store' or 'Home delivery (curb side)' at checkout. Select special order items may be available, but are subject to longer than usual arrival times.  Contact us to inquire about availability.

Alternatively, staff can process purchases and take payment via credit card over the phone.

Due to the extremely high volume of phone calls we are receiving we are currently not responding to voicemails. If you wish to speak to a staff member and are unable to get through we encourage you to try calling again later. 

If you have an inquiry and want a prompt response we suggest you email us at general@evocycles.ca. Please include your name, a callback number, detailed information, and photos when pertinent.

Test Rides

We are allowing test rides for bicycles by appointment only on weekdays. Only customers intent on purchasing can test rides bikes. If you’ve just started your research process please email us and our staff will be happy to help you narrow down potential models. Bikes will be sanitized after each test ride.
